Worst Purchase Alot Of issues
There are multiple Faults in this laptopim really disappointed with what kind of laptops this people sell disguised with new laptop picture on product pageit has wifi issue , Sound issue, Webcam is showing a blackscreen because of poorly repaired jobi dont recommend this seller at all

Almost the perfect Laptop
Firstly the battery life was not so good but I expected it since the laptop was very powerful.The package was just very elegant and clean.The laptop looked almost brand new there was no scratches and very clean the software was pre-installed and activatedThis is my first long review, I had to do it since there are a lot of negative ones. My experience was just wondering

Amazing Customer Service
Received product and opened it weeks later. I was not happy with the laptop. The period for returns had elapsed. When I called PC Mart and shared by dissatisfaction, they readily agreed to arrange a pick-up and refund my money. Aaqib at PC Mart was very responsive and supportive. I really was not expecting that level of customer service which I rate as being very high.
