OhmniPax LG G4 Battery- 3000mAh Replacement Li-ion Battery for LG G4

Received item promptly with a 2nd day Air order. Used the battery over the weekend and it holds its charge well. My old factory battery would die even on stand by. Had my phone with the new battery on stand by for about 3 hours on Saturday. It remained at 100% the entire time. When I was using my phone continuously it seems to drop a percent about every 5 to 10 minutes depending on the application and the screen brightness. I will update this comment if I have any issues or if its starts to deteriorate in a short time span.

My G4 went into disco mode on a business trip- it crashed in the middle of navigating to a meeting. On reboot, it would work for a few minutes, then crash again- YIKES! I was concerned that this was a hardware problem because I've had bad luck with LG hardware before- I had to warranty this phone, and my G5 is sitting on a shelf until I get it warrantied for a GPS failure.Turned out, all I needed was a new battery. The OhmniPax works great. Dramatically extended life over old (failing) battery. Gets warm, but no excessive heat relative to OEM model. Great price (~$10). Does the job. I just bought another.

First few days were great. However, Second week battery seems to be lower than before. First few days normal use, battery was at 51%. Now I'm down to 23% after a normal day. Yes, each day is different, but overall after two weeks, the charge capacity is lower than when it was new.Update: these folks sent out another battery at their expense and it seems to be just fine. I will look to them first, next time I need a battery

I got this battery in late August of 2017. The battery started failing since last 2 weeks. When the battery was new I used to get 12+ hours of operation and now it is 5 to 6 hours max. If I turn ON my camera, with a full charge I could take 25 shots in daylight, before the battery dies. My 1-star is because of the quality of the product a new battery (as the product claims) should last more than 7 months. The quality of the Li-ion batteries depends on the purity of the ingredients. Thus there is no doubt that these batteries are made out of poor quality materials.

This battery tends to heat up a lot. The only way to cool it down is to take the battery out and wait. It hasn't impacted my phone negatively, but it's not ideal either.

As previous reviewer stated, this did not even fit my phone. I didn't want to ram it in and potentially damage the phone, so I am sending it back. I would not recommend getting this replacement. Get the original battery if you want to be safe.

This battery is a satisfactory replacement for the original battery that came with my phone. It dies not hold a charge as my wifes battery for her Note 3 but the price was right and it was a big improvement over my original battery once it stopped holding a charge.

I purchased 2 batteries for 2 different LG G4's my family has. 1 works wonderfully. The other one has numerous issues: (1) charging takes a very long time, and (2) the % charge jumps randomly. As an example, before a power cycle, it was at 40%, and then jumped up to 60%. Another time, the percent charge dropped from 40% to 17% within a few seconds. Something is clearly wrong with this 2nd unit.
