Love this temperature guage. I use it to temp my lye and oils when making cold process soap. It's sturdy, easy to read, and works accurately.

Easier to read than my last one!Took a little while to adjust to the ambient temperature when I first turned it on but after several minutes it adjusted to the actual room temperature. (It was off by 10 degrees when first connecting the battery). Worked well for checking my home made holiday sweet bread. The bread often browns before the loaf is fully baked so you can cover with foil to allow the bread to completely bake without burning the crust.

It is excellent and is very precise on the temperature

I have started testing the doneness of my meat by temperature rather than touch. This has makes it so easy to pull out of the box (which is small enough to fit in my drawers). The accurate ready has me feeling better about serving correctly temp meats. Easy to clean as well.

This digital thermometer is great for my sourdough baking! I can test if my dough has warmed up enough from the refrigerator so I can feed it. I can test my loaf from the oven to see if the temp is above 195°. I like the protective cover that comes with it so I can stand it in my utensil holder. I ordered two..and gave one to my sister!
