got this for the daughter as she never remembers to charge her phone. this is great case (although a little more bulky than expected) and provides more than double her phones power now, and she still only needs the one power cable to recharge it (others tend to use a different charge cable rather than the apple one).Protects the phone well and also fits with the phone having a hard glass screen protector on the front (some cases tend to not fit right with screen protectors).She is really pleased with it, even if it is adding a bit extra weight and bulk to her phone.

Use these on holiday and can charge phone around 2 crimes on full charge. They’re are not very robust though . Easily break after 2-3 months.

This battery case was great when I bought it. It worked well. However after about 8 weeks of use I noticed that on occasions my phone wasn’t reaching full charge. This was resolved by removing the charge cable and reinserting it. The problem got worse and worse, until after three months my phone wouldn’t charge at all whilst it was in the battery case. Which sort of defeats the object of having a battery case if you have to take the phone out of the battery case to charge it up. Great product when it was new and working. It unfortunately didn’t live very long. Based on my experience, my advice would be, don’t buy this case.

Bought 11 months ago, but only used once on a trip. I just attempted to use it for the second time, and it wasn’t working. I removed the case to find out that the bit that plugs in, was left on my phone.

This battery case will give you an extra (almost) full charge on your phone. Given that the iPhone battery lasts about a day with moderate/heavy use I can now get 2.5 days worth with this case. This is at the cost of carrying a heavy and chunky phone around.You can always keep the case handy and swap it for your normal case when you want to charge because using the phone in this case, is easier than using one with an external power adapter.The charging process is very smooth and works unanimously with the original charger. You can charge the phone and the case at the same time with one port. This will take longer but is much easier than having to remove the case. There are LEDs on the back of the case that will indicate the remaining charge and to charge the phone simply press and hold the button on the back.The case is well designed too as the top of the case is flimsy which allows you to insert the phone straight down hence minimizing damage to the port or the charger in the case. The case also has good protection features such as a lipped edge and camera which is also protected from being elevated from the battery.A great device for people that will be without power for over a day!

Keep getting a message on iPhone saying this accessory is not supported & it doesn’t charge when connected to iPhone or when it does charge it only charges the battery case and not the iPhone itself. Not good.

Less than 6 months old and the phone case has decided to die!! Rubbish
