Great purchase
This is simple and cute. Exactly what I needed. Works great. And was a decent price as well!!

These did not last long.
When I first bought these, they worked great. But now 4 years later, 2 of them stopped working. I see no damage to them. I must admit that I am plugging them in an out numerous times a year (maybe 12 times) whenever I setup and take down my equipment. My original cables lasted about 6 years. So maybe that is all they are supposed to last.

It is a shielded CAT6 cable which is great at blocking stray signals.
I needed to shorten the 300' cable and add a new connector to the shortened Cable. Because I was adding a new connector to the cable, I needed to know that this cable follows the T568B standard (not the A standard). If you accidentally cross wire it, it will not work. Also, because they don't expect you to cut the wire, the wire pairs (solid and striped) could be a problem. There is no stripes in the pairs; they are all white. So you must keep the pairs together as you put it on the connector or you will loose track as which white wire you have in your hand.

Perfect color
I bought this because my set up is mostly the razer quartz line which is pink and I have a pink desk (also from amazon). The color is a great match, not identical to both but enough so that it blends right in and is so much more aesthetically please than a black or white cord.

When you positively absolutely have to have one!
This product is perfect for my use. Purchased a Next Tester from Fluke for testing network cables. Of all the many cables includes there was no cross over cable included. This cable completes the set and fits prefect in the case. The price was reasonable and the quality is superb.

Nice cable
I find the C2G [Cables to Go] network cables a little tight around the inner cables [sort of like shrink wrapped]. So they tend not to relax they curled packaged shape for a while.Other than that, they work great.

Larger RJ45 connectors are required to accomodate the heavier wire if you are putting your own ends on this cable.High quality Individually shielded pairs as well as double shilded outer layer ( foil and light braid)

Great for Digital Snake Use
Adding ethercons on each end of this 300' cat6 shielded cable makes it a reliable digital snake for the Behringer X32 and Wing digital consoles. Highly recommended.
