Most frustrating install I've ever done
Just completed our guest bathroom renovation and was excited to incorporate this faucet into the design on top of the vanity. At it's multi-hundred dollar price point this by no means is your big box vanity off the shelf faucet. The finish is impeccable and the straight lines are stunning. However, that's about where my amazement with this product ended. The two handles have different sized supply line connections. Turns out (as it's not mentioned ANYWHERE in the manual) that the bottom of the handles require a 1/2" supply line, while the 3/8" connections on the side accommodate the 3/8" lines from the faucet discharge. Why couldn't they keep the same connection sizes across the entire installation?Secondly, the handles are a pain to install. They come up from underneath the cabinet and then you have to screw in the actual chrome handle portion from the top. So essentially you have to be holding the bottom piece underneath the countertop while screwing in the top piece above the countertop with your other hand. Mind you this is BEHIND your sink so good luck figuring out the logistics of that. Most people are not Gumby so this was so frustrating. Just when you think you've got it figured out, you then realize that the handle isn't plumb to the faucet installation so you have to essentially start over and screw it back again to center them all on the same line. Then the drain...The pop-up drain (as you've seen from other reviews) has been a sore spot. ALL of my drains in the house have been 1.5" drains connecting to 1.5" P-traps. Nope, not this one....it's 1.25". So that meant a trip to HD to get a reducing bushing so I could join the drain and the P-trap. Again, none of this was illustrated or listed in the manual. All in all, I got it in, but the frustration and time it took to line up those handles, and the fact I have four supply lines running under the cabinet is insane.I'd look for a simpler install than this one in the future.

Interesting and functional but I have some minor criticism
~ Installation ~Installing the main body of the faucet was simple. The installation of the handles was challenging in a single-sink vanity with little room to maneuver to tighten them once properly aligned. The instructions say to install the faucet before the handles, which we had done, but the square base on each handle needs to be turned during installation. Since our installation has the handles directly adjacent to the main body of the faucet, we had to remove the faucet to install the handles. I recommend installing the handles first, then the faucet.~ The Drain ~The drain pull is back and low and mildly difficult to access between the faucet and the wall. While that means that it does not impact the aesthetic, it will not be obvious to guests should they happen to need it.The drain itself is small and narrow, which seems odd given the larger design of the faucet overall. In addition, drains usually come as a single piece between the sink and your existing drain pipe. This one comes as two pieces, which I have never before encountered, and the connection point between the two parts leaked. We had to take it apart and put pipe thread sealant tape on the threads to remedy the leak.~ Aesthetic ~The logo is a glaring anomaly in the otherwise pristine surface of the upper facade. A better location would have been the forward facade where it would be seen but not be heard so loudly. I think it’s a shame that they designed such striking lines and shapes that are pleasing to the eye, then stamped the logo on an otherwise pristine primary facade.Just FYI, you might want to check the bottom of your medicine cabinet or whatever will be reflected by the relatively large upper surface as you will be staring at any reflected faults every time you use this faucet. I discovered an unsightly mar on the underside of my medicine cabinet due to the reflection.~ Aerated ~This faucet is the type that aerates the flow of water. This gives the appearance and feeling of strong flow while reducing actual water usage and reducing splash in the sink. The aerator is removable if you prefer not to use it.~ Functionality ~This faucet is very functional and looks nice. The lever-style handles are ideal for washing dirty hands because you can pull with dirty hands and then push with clean hands without touching the dirty surface, avoiding potentially recontaminating hands. The large flat surfaces and right angles make for easy cleaning. The surfaces wipe clean easily. The overall structure feels durable.~ My Rating ~I’m deducting a star for the leaky drain that requires pipe thread sealant tape, the poor placement of the logo, and the instructions that should have the handles installed before the faucet. I have been using this faucet for two weeks and, overall, I am pleased with it. It does what it’s supposed to do, it looks nice, and I believe it will last a long time.
