Update: This lasted about 6 months with daily use (and a toddler that drops things). Now it works if I get the USB angled just right. For the price point, I'd still recommend it or buy it again.Original: I got this to replace a different small mouse that my preschooler uses for his online class.PROS:• It works great with his small hands. It's even easy for me to use.• The retractable cord makes it nice and portable.• It functions as it should.• Great price at less than $5!(As far as gaming goes, my son's classes are play-based learning, and this mouse works well with multiple, rapid clicks. We haven't tested it beyond that.)CONS:• The small size might not be comfortable for those with bigger hands.• The retractable cord might not last too long if kids play roughly with it.Overall: I recommend this mouse, because it is inexpensive, portable, and functional.

I got this to go in my laptop bag. I used to have a similar tiny mouse years ago, but it has since gone to where tech devices go to pass away peacefully. Anyway, used this during my vacation and it worked great. Love that it doesn't need batteries. The retractable cord pulls out to be plenty long enough for me to work without noticing any limitations of length. The color is bright and easy to recognize in a bag. Plugged it into my laptop and it started working. I wanted it to be able to do some photo editing while on the go.

Product worked well up until days before the window for replacement closed. The retractable portion quit working. I'm pleased that I was able to get a replacement but does cause any delay in use as I had to deal with the loose cord which was what I needed to avoid. All in all, hopefully the new one does better because for the price point this thing is tiny and worked well.

I have trouble with normal size mouses as I have damage to my pinky. This works well Buttons are easy to use, pointer goes where it belongs.

This is a great purchase! I love the retractable cord. It makes it easier to put in my bag and it doesn't get bundled up. It does seem a little small at first but you get used to it after awhile. It works accurately and looks just like a normal mouse. I bought a few in different colors for my kids as well.

I do not recommend this retractable mouse. For starters the retractable mechanism is cheap and will likely not last long. The cord gets twisted easily and gets hung up on the track. I will use it for its portability, but its poor retractable design leaves it lacking in the function department. The mouse itself has smooth tracking, and it worked right out of the box. Overall, it needs some improvements to live up to what it says it is.

The responsiveness is good, and setup is fast and simple.That said, MacBook users should be aware of a potential issue. I use a MacBook Pro, and I noticed over time that my laptop battery was draining even while in sleep mode. After some troubleshooting, I discovered this mouse was keeping the system awake — which explains the battery loss I’d been noticing for months.If you’re using this with a Mac, I recommend doing a bit of research or looking for a model that plays more nicely with macOS sleep settings. That’s the only reason I’m giving it three stars.Otherwise, it’s a solid travel companion — Sincerely Approved with a small Mac-specific warning. ;-)
