Great battery life & very comfortable
I have nothing but good things to say about these headphones. I had heard about bone conducting headphones a few years ago, but was skeptical. In January 2024 I tried a pair owned by a relative and was so amazed I ordered a pair for myself and a pair for my fiancee.I use headphones/earbuds daily for 8-9 hours as I like to listen to podcasts & music while I work. I sometimes use them at night to listen to something while I fall asleep. All this to say, my headphones get used, a LOT.I was impressed by the clarity & comfortability of these headphones right away. But the most impressive feature, for me, has been the battery life. I haven't done an official test to see how long the battery will last with continuous use, but I regularly sleep with these on with music playing for 8-9 hours, then get up and work with them still in use for another 4-5 hours before they start giving me a low battery warning. The charging time is great as well. I can throw them on the charger and they will be at full charge in maybe 30 minutes. Keep in mind this is after over a year of nearly constant use.As for comfort, like with most products, it's subjective, and if you can try a pair of these before buying, I would recommend it. I personally find them to be extremely comfortable. My other headphones in rotation are Gen 2 Airpods, and Bose Quietcomfort II noise cancelling over ear headphones. The older Airpods fit my ear nicely (I don't like the rubber tips on the newer design), but even they start to hurt my ears after constant use. The Bose are very comfortable, but my ears get sweaty and gross after a while. The Shokz are very light and because of the way the weight is distributed, I personally barely feel them. I was worried that the band that wraps around the back would be touching my neck and feel weird, but most of the weight is at the earpieces themselves, so can adjust it so that the band is just hovering behind your neck. I often forget I'm wearing them if no audio is playing. The only gripe I have is I have occasional issues with Bluetooth connectivity, which occur very rarely. I have yet to use a Bluetooth headset that works flawlessly with every device 100% of the time, so I can't really hold it against these headphones. With that being said, I love that I have have these linked to my work PC and my phone at the same time, so I can listen to my music/podcasts, and still take a call on my laptop at a moments notice.

Only lasted one year NEW UPDATE BELOW
I've had these for only a little over a year absolutely loved them but unfortunately the power button stopped working and they won't turn on anymore. In my opinion when you spend $180 on a headset it should be lasting more than 1year. Super disappointedNEW UPDATERated 3 stars originally updated to 5stars for the following.I reached out to shokz to see if they would help resolve the problem with my headset. Their customer service was such a good experience and because my headset is less than 2 years old they are sending me a brand new replacement under warranty. The warranty process was very simple and easy and took them less than 24hr to process and accept my claim.

Two years in and going strong!
These are amazing! I have had mine just about 2 years now. They hold a charge SO well even after 24 months. I lost mine for a week and was about ready to buy a new pair, then finally found them outside in my driveway. It had been pouring rain for a few of the days, so I figured they were gonners. Nope! Still totally normal sound quality, and they were still fully charged despite being on the whole time. They connect easily and have pretty good range (I can leave my phone plugged in on one side of the house and the headphones stay connected while I move around, even when going in the basement). If these ever do get lost or broken I will 100% buy another from this brand. I am a lifer now. I hate in ear headphones or earplugs with a burning passion; I wish these had been around my whole life, maybe my ears wouldn't be so messed up from loud music in my headphones in high school. Also I like that I can pop earplugs in real quick if I need to and still hear my audio just fine.

proprietary cable is a huge bummer - but the headphones themselves are great
I have been on the hunt for new headphones that won't hurt my ears for AGES and I think that this is finally the pair that checks off all of my criteria, save for 1. I decided on the mini size of these because other versions seemed excessively large with a lot of spare room between the band and my head. If I would have leaned against ANYTHING, they'd push away from my temple, rendering them totally useless. Using the measurement guide, I'm .25" away from sizing up, but I'm glad that I trusted my instinct to go smaller because they fit without being bulky. I work remotely and do a fair bit of hands free conversing with customers while I make updates to my work on the fly, so having wireless headphones is a must - BUT - they also need to sound good on the other side. I gave these a few test calls and so far, everyone says that I'm crystal clear. Granted, I'm not in any sort of noisy environment, but other sets have been quite muffled, even in the same quiet environment. Much like others have said, the bass on these is a bit weaker than other types of headsets, but the tradeoff for comfort and clarity is well worth the sacrifice, in my view. I'm not expecting to feel like I'm sitting in front of the symphony and if I was, I'd be looking at Bose over the ear headphones instead. My single complaint is the charger. It is proprietary. You can't use something you have at home if you forget your cable elsewhere. In this modern era of universal charging, that is a huge miss. I do see that they offer USB-C charging on other models, but this one doesn't have it. Major drawback. I knew it going into the purchase, but if you weren't aware, it would be a huge bummer.
