Got this tto replace one which required a screwdriver to access. This is a breeze by comparison. Comes with USB-A and C cables, looks smart, runs fast. Can't fault it!

Bought this enclosure to clone my c drive on my PC. Had an initial issue with the lead , but substuted it and of we went. Job done. 2 Nd reason was to use enclosure to hold old ssg and create a external drive. This leaves me with an attractive looking drive. Job Done

Well Apple are know for expensive memory and stingy with memory, my iPad Air came 256GB, not a lot really! Photos and videos can now be stored and transferred from PC with the iPads fast USB C, coupled with this Ugreen USB gen 3.2 caddy. inside I fitted a Samsung 980 1TB NVMe M.2 SSD. To transfer files from PC to iPad format with exFat for compatibility with Windows and iPad. You can buy a cheaper version without the silicone band, but this combo might give a bit more protection and heat dissipation? Easy to fit together, comes with both USB C to C and C to B cables. The caddy is USB C. Transfer seems to be fast and videos stored on caddy and drive are just as fast in LumaFusion if on the iPad. This is just what I wanted and needed.

In my case, It didn’t work with a 1Tb ssd, even if it is promoting as it does support.

This is a tool-less M.2 enclosure with good packaging and straightforward instructions.Best to use in a backup scenario rather than day-to-day. It supports both B-Key and M-Key devices and protocols.Weak point is the rubbery holders in place of screws at the top of the drive. Performance is not stellar but the flexibility compensates.In a disaster recovery when you need to clone a M.2 drive from a dead laptop this device is crucial.

Sturdy case, tool less design, silicone impact protection, heavy duty cables, great design, I could go on about the positives as it really is a great all rounder and I’ve been using external drive caddies since they plugged into the parallel port.One small negative. Because it’s tool less it has to ‘clip in’. After several (like 10-15) drive changes the tiny plastic clip that holds it together doesn’t hold it very well. Now when I go to unplug the cable it simply pulls it apart.

I've been using it for a while now and it is the most convenient way to use multiple m.2 drives. Its tool less design helps with quick swaps and does not heat up like other brands. Performance is not degraded and allows it to go to the stated drive speed.
