Substandard Construction. Over Priced. Terrible Customer Service.
The Hermell Deluxe Extra Firm Bed Lounger Reading Pillow (Navy) is bulky, flimsy, unstable and of poor quality. Due to the pillow being oversized and seller's strict instructions to insure and return in original black plastic bag wrapping, it was ineligible for return through the USPS. FedEx was cheapest option. It cost $65.15 for FedEx which is more than half of the $102.74 purchase! Unbeatable Sales refunded the purchase price but refused to reimburse FedEx shipping. I had to file a claim with Amazon. Save yourself time, money & a headache. Tell Unbeatable Sales to BEAT IT!!!!!
