Our one-year old Great Pyranees was suffering from dry, itchy skin and was scratching constantly and losing a lot of fur. After about a month of feeding her a Lipiderm pellet twice a day, along with her regular food, her skin was much improved and her coat looks so much better. She loves the taste of the Lipiderm but they really do stink...very fishy smell. But who cares, they're worth it....she's so much happier.

My dog loves them I have given them to him by themselves or I will mix it with his food but to me I really think they smell awful I don’t even like to touch them because I have to wash my hands to get the smell off my hands I would definitely recommend them

Used oil in the past, but only found in pellets. The sometimes crumble when dividing for a small dog. Otherwise, this is the best product I’ve use as a supplement. Great for dog’s coat.

This is the first time trying the chewable. I had used the gel capsule which worked great but they weren't available so am trying the chewable. Not sure of their effectiveness yet as it takes about 30 days before you see results.

These capsules do a wonderful job on our dogs skin and fur. It helps keep their dander down and replaces oils that food and environment strips from their fur. They don’t mind taking the capsules as we coat them in a fine layer of cream cheese. The capsules can be punctured and the oil squeezed out if desired. We always give the capsules with the dogs meals

Have been giving my dogs 2 pills / day with their meals. Their coats are soft and smooth as a result. Prices just went up as I used to get 120 capsules in a container and now I only get 90 for the same price.

All I can say is that we live in Florida and hot spots are a problem for our long-haired giant breed dogs. This is the supplement that I have been giving for ten years, longer than any other skin supplement, and every time I allow myself to run out, I have hot spots starting up with my dogs licking them, so matter what other supplements I am giving at the time (and they get about nine other supplement chews & capsules per day). Just dip the capsule in low fat plain yoghurt, and it slides right down, no problem...

We have used Lipiderm for our last four dogs and really love what it does for them. The second dog was a Yorkie that as an adult had bad skin problems. I had to take her to the Vet every other month it got so bad and she was always getting meds for it. My Vet advised me to give her Lipiderm , so I did and it worked so well that the Vet didn't need to see her but for her twice a year appointments and she was on it the rest of her sixteen and a half years. Our fourth dog was a seven year old rescued Golden Retriever who came to us with her golden hair in very bad shape. Not soft like a Golden's should be and not much of it. We started her on it the first day we adopted her and within a month it started looking like our third dog, also a Golden who has some of the most beautiful hair of any golden we'd seen. amazing stopped the itching and coat is shiny but did not reorder because the price went up so not very happy with this so i went for wild Alaskan oil from pure paw and it works wonders as welli have a pitbull and bull terrier

Excelente suplemento, en relación calidad/precio/cantidad de lo mejor que he visto... El pelaje de mi labrador ya deja evidencia del uso de los ácidos grasos, se mantiene de un color chocolate caoba con un brillo espectacular... Totalmente recomendable.

Muy buenas cápsulas, el pelo le ha mejorado bastante a mi perro bull Terrier que sufre mucho de la piel.

No vi ningún cambio positivo en el pelaje de mi perro, además que la única manera de que las tomara era a la fuerza.
