Q: Will this hose work to connect my festool ts75 track saw to my fein turbo ii vacuum? any first hand experience?

Yes you will be able to connect to your track saw , I use Makita track saw and it works. About shop vac don't know . Probably with some mods you will. But the hose is awesome, ordered second one for my other shop vac.

Q: Will this fit a dws716 dewalt miter saw?

In short I do not know precisely since I am not familiar with that saw. However set I obtained contained two different tool adapters, the larger of which has a 1.5 inch id and being rubber will likely fit over something up to maybe 1 5/8 or with real effort something slightly larger. In my case I was obliged to make my own adapter to work with the provided rubber adapter using plastic plumbing parts.

Q: can you use this hose with a dust collector?

Yes the hose will connect to a standard 2 1/2" connection or the hose can connect to a smaller size.
