Olicity Pyramid Cube Speed Triangle Puzzle Cube, Black

I gave this to my 7 & 10 year old nieces and they both love it. It's much easier for beginners to solve than a cube is, but still offers a challenge. I played with it recently, but could not solve it...so I knew something was wrong. I asked the girls "Did you take this apart?" They both swore they didn't, but their 4 year old sister came over and told me that she found a way to "cheat.""Oh, how can you cheat?" She proceeded to pull on the edge pieces and twist them 180 degrees to match the sides. After banishing her to the walk the wasteland in shame, I flipped the pieces back to their original orientation without any trouble.I point this out for two reasons:1) The puzzle is strong enough to withstand abuse from children.2) As a warning to others who might try and cheat. The wasteland is unforgiving and filled with children who do things like this. I'm looking at you, Caroline.

This pyramid felt rather loose compared with the other pyramid I have had for a long time. However, after using it for a while I am starting to get used to it and quite like it. Even though it turns loosely, it has never popped. Due to the rounded corners and slightly open center, it cuts corners well and allows for quick operation. Also, the looseness is in the turn, not in the stopping; it stops accurately and consistently so that the sides of the pieces line up.After using this for a few weeks, I like it as well as my other pyramid . . . probably even slightly better.Bottom line:Might take a week or two for you to get used to, but overall a pretty good product. If I buy another pyramid for myself or as a gift, I'll definitely consider this one.

It’s a little bit hard my daughter said. But my daughter also said it’s AMAZING and I like it too because instead of watching tv and using technology now she’s using the cube all the time she loves it and the best part is that is a brain teaser the pyramid. I would say right now technology, video games, tv, etc burns your brain cells so this is just something better

Updated 7/12/18The seller contacted me after reading my review and offered a replacement. The new one that arrived in the mail is much better.I chose this pyramid because it was advertised as anti-pop and that is a problem my son has had with other rubiks puzzles. Well, it is definitely not anti-pop. Within minutes of opening it started popping apart while my son used it.

My cousin introduced to me a pyramid cube so I got one for myself.The pyramid comes inside a box (see photo). It arrived in tact, all pieces together. The instruction manual inside, on how to solve the pyramid cube, would not be really helpful to new learners in my opinion. The cube it self does what it’s advertised to do. It’s a fun challenge to do. Once you get the hang of how to solve it it’s an enjoyable puzzle.The stickers seem like they will hold and not easily come off.I’ve read that others’ pyramid have come apart after a few days, I’ve only used mine for a day and I can understand how it may come apart as it’s a speed cube. And when you twist it, it may be prone to being separated (not a big worry though).So far it’s held up to what it was advertised therefore 5 stars.(See photos for product)

This is a nice puzzle, it's packaged nicely and the action is smooth. It's like an original rubiks except a pyramid. So why only 4 stars lol, well i'm giving this 4 because i think the newer puzzles without stickers last longer, so if this had the colored plastic which should last forever i'd give it a 5.

I bought one of these when they first came out. Mine was a white base oppose to this one which has a black base. Not that it matters. I loved it then and love this one even more. Very smooth and well made. Sorry that other customers are having a bad experience. I have to agree with a review that mentioned how easy it is to solve. Helps build confidence.

Very great toy. My kids have enjoyed this for hours already. They will be very excited when they master it.It is very different from doing the 3x3x3 cube. They can solve that in seconds.I'm glad they have a new challenge on their hands.

the cube is a nice little toy and it moves really great. Not like some of the Rubik's cubes where you have to put all your strength behind it to move the parts.The whole family loves this pyramid from 10 to 52 years of age
