LOVE THIS GAME for my preschooler!
We bought this as a gift for my mother because she loves wildlife and my three boys stay with her almost once a week - so we thought it would be a fun gift they could all play together when they are at Grammy's house. My 4 year old boy just LOVES it and will play for hours. It's great for color sorting and counting. As an adult I find it to be a pleasant game to play over and over and over as young kids love to do. :-) Some games I can't play for too long, but this one is fun and easy for repetitive play. If you have young ones at home, are looking for a fun birthday gift for a young kid, or need a fun game to have at a preschool/daycare, I'd suggest this one. The acorns are solid wood and very nice quality - great game.

Great beginner game and great motivator in therapy
I’m a school speech therapist and saw this game in a recommendation on Facebook. I quickly ordered it because I knew it would be a hit in therapy with my Prek to 2nd graders! They ask for it every time they come in! They will work so hard for that turn to feed fuzzy. I hate having to deal with behaviors that wreck a session because someone didn’t win etc so I have adapted the game for us to work as a team and when fuzzy is full we all win! It is a great game!

Adorable, but difficult for small hands.
Very well made. Fuzzy himself is adorable. The only drawback was that Fuzzy’s mouth is hard to stuff for my granddaughter. It requires two hands to put acorn in.

No chipmunk inside
Bought this game for my squirrel loving 4 year old, opened the box on Christmas morning and no plush chipmunk was inside. Definitely a let down.

makes a great educational gift!
super fun, super easy. not for mouthy toddlers or babies nearby. quick, relatively quiet (wooden die are quiet on carpets!) game. reinforces 1:1 correspondence, recognition of numbers 1-3, review colors, make game choices, and of course, fine motor work as well as team work. the squirrels mouth is a tight little elastic O and widens slightly, but I don't consider the difficulty of placing the acorn a defect. fingers gain strength and toddlers learn support.
