I have been pretty dependent on sleep aids for years and am constantly trying to stop taking them. Natural sleep aids just don’t ever seem to work and I end up taking doxylamine again because I just need to sleep. So I was pretty skeptical about these. When I first received them I tried for two nights and they would not stay on. As others have mentioned the adhesion isn’t great. So I was frustrated and stopped using them. Then I got the idea to use it on the top of my foot and use my foot compression bands for planters fasciitis to keep them on. ( socks would work, I just hate wearing socks to bed) Now that they don’t fall off they work great. I use one on each foot and I haven’t had any trouble sleeping and I wake up much easier. I am very very pleased with how well these work.

I wanted to like them and I was hoping that they worth a try them for two nights and they did not work for me and they don’t stick I tried my upper arm where there’s less hair in a clean dry spot and all I did was stick to my shirt the second night I try the back of my calve and I place to patches on me there’s no hair on my legs clean dry spot I get up an hour later to use the bathroom and they’re stuck to my pajama pants did not fall asleep with them and they do not stick I really wish they worked I don’t know how people are leaving a good review because they don’t stick to your body unless you’re taping them or using a Band-Aid but they do not stick to your body and they are very expensive sorry for the bad review but that is the truth

The media could not be loaded. I almost didn’t try these because of all the “they don’t stick” reviews. Simply stick it to the top of your foot and cover it with a sock. Stays put all night without moving. Don’t like socks at night? Cover with some medical tape or kt tape if you’re having adhesion problems.Now, as to it’s effectiveness. For me, this little patch is doing a great job at helping me fall asleep, and STAY ASLEEP during the night. I usually wake up multiple times every night and have trouble falling back to sleep. This patch seems to limit my wakeups to once per night, and I can easily fall back to sleep. It’s awesome so far. I’ve used them for 5 nights.For context, I’m 50 and in perimenopause. I’ve had trouble staying asleep for years now, and have been taking Benadryl daily to help (which is not ideal). I will be a forever customer if these little patches keep doing what they are doing!!!

I have a lot of trouble staying asleep. Some days, by the end of the workday, I get SO TIRED, I wonder how I’m going to drive home. By the time I get home, I have my “second wind”. I fix dinner, eat with the family, and try to unwind. Then I can’t get to sleep. Even melatonin didn’t help. I saw an ad for a similar product online. After researching on Amazon reviews, I settled on these.They’re AMAZING!! I put the just above the hipbone. I alternate sides nightly. Within half an hour, I need to go to bed. And I stay asleep all night long. If I do wake because of noise (I have cats and kids), I am able to get back to sleep fast! I will keep this in stock in my home!!

I struggle with sleep and these patches can help. I do find I get weird dreams sometimes, but I can deal with that to get good sleep. I have a couple of issues. One the adhesive doesn't work that well, I can't wear the patches on my foot like the they show you can. I find it sticks best on my upper forearm. I also find that I struggle falling back a sleep if I wake up at night. I feel wide awake until I pull it off and then I can go back to sleep. I find rotating where you place it does help with the waking up issue.

I’ve tried better patches. These don’t stick very well. They supposedly have hops, valerian and lavender- all things with pretty pronounced odors. But the patches have hardly any smell at all.These work so-so for me. I usually wake up at 2-3 AM after taking them, and actually seem to have a harder time getting back to sleep than normal.EDIT- this company has contacted me 3 times-once my email and twice by physical mail, to try to persuade me to change my review. They’ve offered me as much as a $50 Amazon gift card. This is really sleazy. Sorry, I didn’t like your product. Stop trying to pay me to lie about it.

My challenge has consistently been waking up tired and not feeling refreshed in the morning. I'm often tossing and turning and struggle with falling asleep right away. That affects my work and personal life in the morning. I wake up in the morning in a haze, add minimal value to my company in my morning meetings, and my girlfriend has often used the word, ""miserable.""Naturally, I was a bit skeptical when Zleep was recommended to me, but by the 3rd night using the product I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy to apply, and never irritating regardless of where I place it, and I've woken up feeling much more awake. I've noticed a substantial difference in the quality of sleep I'm getting.For the first time in forever, I have control of my sleep again. I've become more active in the mornings, wake up feeling refreshed and ready to conquer the day.

I wanted these to work so badly, I really did. All the positive reviews here swayed me. The ingredients are good, but I don’t think they reach the skin let alone the bloodstream. All I can figure is that the positive reviews are placebo.I react to melatonin. I react to GABA. The problem is they don’t last and I wake up in the night. I was hoping these patches could be the solution. Well, they don’t work applied at bedtime, and they don’t work when applied in the middle of the night. After 8 hours wearing it, nothing. It’s not real. My body normally reacts to these ingredients but not this product. Therefore I can only conclude the ingredients in this product are not reaching the bloodstream. Either the positive reviewers were reacting to the lavender scent (which does last till morning), or they are experiencing a placebo.Back to pills for this miserably tired human. These patches do not work, except for aromatherapy and placebo.
