Directions were useless on the $15.00 conversion kit
Directions were useless, they combine another product they sell in the directions with the product I bought, so basically you need to spend more money in order to get the job done. They included the upper track X2 (which is not in the description of what I bought) they did not include the corresponding piece that fits into the track, the directions are for the $50.00 set, I bought the $15.00 conversion kit. Very frustrated and disappointed!

I DONT GET IT !!!!
They give instructions but have you place a new track ! Why ? It is supposed to become a fixed side. I am far from an engineer, but close to being a grandma. I can't put my grandaughter in this "death trap" crib. Im not asking a lot just step by step instructions that a "dummy" can understand.

Not with it. No labels or directions.
Nothing was labeled and the instructions were a crappy list of steps, clearly not from a manufacturer. You’re supposed to just guess what part is which? It was awful. The diagram was a blurry sketch of a crib with arrows. Completely useless.

Return postage from the USA to Canada is more than the product cost!!!
Instructions are impossible to read and the L-brackets are too big for our crib. I wanted to return it but the return poastage was going to be higher than the product cost. Disappointed. Zero stars

Waste of Money
Not compatible with my drop crib, so i'm not exactly sure what crib this is supposed to work on.Also... ignored my request for a refund, so I had to get Amazon involved

No instructions. No clue how to use it.
I bought this item to make a crib safer for my granddaughter and it came with no instructions on how to assemble it. Anyone know how to attach this to a crib?
