Does it come with a Launcher

No it does not.  This is a booster only pack.  If it came with a launcher, it would be called a starter pack and a photo of the launcher would be on the photo in the front next to Belial.  Belial is right spin so any right spin launcher would do.  Most launchers are string launchers like the anime but if you want a sturdier launchers, there are ripcord launchers also, like  B-45 or the dual spin ripcord B-112.  There are also a wide variety of string launchers, for right spin B-141 long bey (longer string), B-39, B-165 (superking launcher, good but bulky).  If you want dual spin string launchers, B-184 (bulky)is very good.  Although I recommend you watch a youtube video on how to switch between right and left mode. B-119 is excellent too and easier to use.  I sell the Japanese takaratomys so no green elephant on the front of the box.  Those are the licensed korean beys.  Because launchers need to fit well on the bey, I usually recommend you get the same as the bey so if you buy the korean version, get the licensed korean launcher.  If you buy the Japanese takaratomy, get the Japanese takaratomy launcher.  Just, FYI, the Japanese beys will always be very expensive compared to the licensed versions because Japan's QC is higher and collectors and WBBA competitors usually want the Japanese ones (not the takaratomy SEA version (southeast asia)) because the Japanese takaratomys always have the NFC chip which collectors will verify and WBBA competition entries require and will verity for competitions. Is it real or is it fake?

It's Real.  The one pictured in the amazon listing is the korean licensed by Young toys.  You can tell by the Green elephant on the top right corner.   I only sell the original authentic Japanese beys. So if you collect, the Japanese ones are original authentic takara tomys people collect.  Please see video.  Compare the UPC code on the Belial box to the UPC code on the takara tomy case.

It's an awesome bey.  I managed to get the Japan only promo devil blade for my son.  We are a beyblade and pokemon family so we collect all takara tomy beyblades.  My son decked out his belial with all the gears (F gear, V Gear, and the devil blade).  Just waiting on the new spriggan for the S gear and the gear that will come with the new longinus in September.  Belial is super powerful all decked out.  Please see video.  Compare the UPC on the box to the takara tomy case UPC.  Also, I included the Belial decked out with the devil blade and the F and V gears.

Another way to tell if a beyblade is authentic is to look at the rim of the tip.  In teeny tiny print, it will have a copyright symbol and Tomy, also HM for Hiro Morita who is the creator of the beyblade burst comics (manga) in Japan and BB for Beiburēdo Bāsuto (Hiro Morita's company).  On some beys, it will be TA (Takao Aoki, another author known for the Bakuten shoot beyblades and the metal fusion comics.  I'm not sure if the licensed korean or hasbro licensed beys has the same copyright symbols.  Hope this helps.
