Excellent Skin Moisturizer
I needed an oil serum I could add to my current skin care regimen because I felt I wasn't moist enough in the morning. The Whish Restoring Oil was perfect and gives me the extra moisture I was looking for at a reasonable price.

Brilliant, gentle anti-aging magic
This product is wonderful. I tried it after my skin started changing a lot around the time I hit 40. This oil has balanced my skin out so well-more firm, even tone, softened wrinkles. My skin is sensitive and I'm not a fan of harsh anti-aging treatments so I was excited to find something naturally anti-aging (bakuchiol-look it up!). I can feel good about this product for many reasons: the ingredients are mostly words from the natural world instead of a lab; it's made in the US; a bottle lasts for a while as the product is quality; minimal packaging; leaping bunny certified (so no animal testing/cruelty free). DO follow directions- it seems crazy that only a few drops will do each time but that is true. I have rosacea so I apply the oil to my wet skin directly in order to avoid the place where I medicate and then I use moisturizer all over on top. If you don't have any of that to worry about then mix in with your moisturizer and apply and you're done. So easy. Your skin will thank you

So disappointed over one ingredient - Linalool.
I don't understand why companies put linalool in their skincare products. It's so annoying. Linalool is a known skin irritant that is used for fragrance alone. It can cause allergy and eczema in some people (even those who don't have sensitive skin). I am one of those people, so I'm disappointed that this product contains linalool. It was not listed anywhere on their product page. This doesn't seem to have a lot of linalool as the fragrance is very mild (which also makes the ingredient unnecessary). I gave the product to my daughter who doesn't seem to have a sensitivity to linalool and she's enjoying it, but if you're prone to eczema or have sensitive skin, I would be careful.

Great facial oil for sensitive skin.
I have been using this facial oil for about 7 months and I LOVE it. I have very sensitive skin and this oil absorbs into my skin without my skin feeling oily. I tend to have very dry skin and this leaves my face feeling moisturized. Highly recommend. The bottle lasts me about 3 months using day and night.

Beautifully packaged yet one ingredient to be aware of:
Although the Whish Restoring Face Oil packaging is gift worthy, ingredients highlights are not enough. After all, we deserve to know exactly what’s going on our beautiful faces through the actual ingredients hierarchy, not clever marketing. We constructively urge the good folks at the company to add these here. Detective work and a journey to the companywebsite reveals the full list. On the upside, it is a mostly natural product as opposed to several premium brands that are primarily lab oriented.—with one important caveat discussed below. Several natural oils and extracts are included as well as a modest amount of Bakuchiol which is well tolerated by those who find Retinol irritating. However, one preservative fairly high up on the ingredients list is worth knowing about: Phenoxyethanol. There have been reports of uncommon reactions to phenoxyethanol being quite rarely linked to eczema and strong allergic reactions. Phenoxyethanol use is often strongly discouraged by safe cosmetics advocates to be used around infants including those who are breast feeding. Mothers and grandmothers love to hug their grandbabies and studies indicate this preservative should be avoided around the youngest of children. Those who wish to learn more and make the best personal decision regarding this ingredient may consider doing an online search for “phenoxyethanol safety.”Keep in mind that several beauty brands include phenoxyethanol. Reactions are uncommon although most products that contain it have it far lower in the ingredients hierarchy.

Great Oil Moisturizer But Results No Better Than What Less Expensive Brands Provide
Ever since I hit my 50s I’ve been using facial oils. My dry skin soaks up the oil, and liquid cream make-up blends well over it. That said, I wondered if Whish facial oil would do a better job than the less expensive brand I have been using. While I really like this product, I don’t see any facial differences between the two. Both leave skin hydrated and soft. The one thing I don’t like about this product is the dropper-style applicator. The brand I normally use has a pump-style top that doles out a very small amount of oil—two or three pumps in the palm of my hand makes facial application easy and thorough. I suppose I could just squeeze a small dropperful of this oil into my hand and do likewise, but it’s more tedious and the dropper doesn't work very efficiently. This one continually leaks oil without even pressing the button release top. Applying little drops all over my face is even more of a hassle, especially with the constant dripping. As an oil moisturizer, this product does an excellent job, but so do other less expensive brands with nicer application bottles.
