These are soft and chewy and taste great. They don’t stick to each other in the container so they are easy to get out and don’t leave your hands sticky. It’s hard to tell if they are doing anything, but it’s always good to have some boosted immunity. I took a star off because $20 is a bit much for only a one-month supply. I’ve seen elderberry gummies for a lot less.

My pet peeve when it comes to vitamins is how many you have to take to equal a serving, especially with gummies. It is hard enough to remember once but remembering three times a day or taking three gummies at a time seems unnecessary. I understand that people want/need different doses so it’s nice to have options, but I have options when I buy vitamins and I saw 90 so I got excited but it’s still just a one month supply.

I’m always on the look out for some decent quality gummy vitamins, because while I can’t swallow pill vitamins that well, gummy vitamins tend to be a lot of the same - they quickly dry out and become coarse, difficult to chew, and easily get stuck in your teeth!These ones, then, were a pleasant surprise. Instead of using gelatin or agar agar, they use pectin as their binding agent - resulting in a pleasant chew, without a bounce that would otherwise tend to harden over time. So I wouldn’t quite call it a “gummy” in the traditional sense, but it makes for a soft, chewy vitamin to say the least. While it doesn’t have as intense of a vitamin supplementation as other alternatives, its short ingredient list is a huge plus, and it also means that a whole bunch of the excess ingredients aren’t going literally down the drain, as is the case with many vitamins which tote giving you 200, 300% your daily value of vitamin C or Zinc.Short of the price being a bit steep, it honestly isn’t that bad of a product. Good flavor, good ingredients, pretty decent value overall.

These are free of gelatin and taste great! I've been taking Elderberry daily to help boost my immune system during the pandemic. I'm now vaccinated but I think this also helps.I like the flavor. it's not sour and tastes like gummy candy. They are easy to take on the go because you don't need water.I'm currently working in a big office with other people and I feel like it's important to help my immune system as much as I can by making sure I get the nutrients I need. I like that zinc is included in this formula because it's known to shorten colds and illnesses. Vitamin C is also in this formula but it's a small amount (135mg) so I still take another vitamin C supplements.

I know these are "medicine," but if I could buy them as candy, I would!I actually do not care about the Elderberry; I bought these for the zinc. I have an ultra-rare genetic disease that causes iron overload in the brain and organs, and zinc is one of the things my geneticist recommended as treatment. The vitamin C is a bonus. I chose gummies because I'm hoping they'll dissolve better and get fully digested.So, these are really tangy/tart and have an amazing fruit flavor. They're soft, with an excellent, smooth mouth-feel and just enough resistance for gentle chewing. They're not stiff or grainy like some gummies. If you don't like tart candy, you may not like them as much.I love that these don't have high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.I ate these for dessert after dinner tonight, they were that good!Unfortunately, three gummies is a serving, so this bottle will only last 30 days.

I've been a dedicated user of elderberry, zinc, and vitamin C for the past several years. As I get older, I pay more attention to boosting my immune system. Actually, don't wait until you are older, start taking care of it now.I get tired of taking capsules or tablets, so I was glad to find these gummies. They are firm and chewy with a good flavor. They don't stick to the bottle or to each other or to your teeth which is good. I look forward to taking these each day. Keep them out of the reach of children who may mistake them for candy and eat them all. The lid does require you to press down and turn so that provides some protection.I like these and they are yummy enough that I never forget to take them each day.
