Propolis Oral Spray Extra Strength, 20ml

Absolutely can not rate this oral spray high enough. Every time I feel a tingle of a sore throat coming on I spray this to the back of my throat and I'm convinced it keeps it from progressing into a full blown cold/flu virus. Also useful for a dry or sore mouth or even to mask a bad breath day ! I find the flavour and strength perfect . Love the fact it's all natural with no nasty chemicals and hasn't the take your breath away fly killer feel like some of the oral/throat sprays you can get. I have tried the normal strength one too which is also really good but this ones just got more oomph to it! I don't use it every day but I'm never without a bottle in my cupboard for when I get a tingle in my tonsils!

As I noticed the first signs of a cold last week I decided it was time to start using my spray. Obviously it wasn't the only treatment I was using but nonetheless I'm pretty sure it really helped to keep the infection at bay. I have a tendency to cough very easily with or without a cold and using the spray every morning and nighttime seemed to stop a cough in its tracks. Having it in my bag has also meant I have been able to cut coughing fits short, which has been amazing.I hope it continues to be a success.

I wanted so much for this to work but have been using it for four days and my sore throat is no better. I suppose the lesson is to save your money to spend on real medicine, that has clinical research to support its efficacy, if you want to actually get better. After this, I'm done with unscientific remedies.
