This product was very easy to use and super versatile! Being able to use it as bluetooth and wifi or even corded has been super helpful in cataloging items. I reached out to customer support for help with supplemental UPC A 5 codes and they were able to send me exactly what I needed and it made work for me even faster! I charged a bit when I got the product and haven't charged it since and it's still working great.

It worked ok until it didn't. And there were no signs of the coming failure. It cut off halfway through work, and now just doesn't want to work at all. Turns on every now and then, but doesn't stay on. Cuts right off. If I try to turn it on 10 times, only one of those times will it actually turn on. But it remains useless now because it turns right back off immediately. Yes, it's fully charged. No, it was never wet. And the failure just hits you. Only issue it ever seemed to have was randomly disconnecting from the phone(bluetooth). And in the almost 3 months I've had it, that only happened 3 times. Delivered October 19th. Used maybe an hour and a half per day. For 4 - 5 days a week. Failed this very morning, January 11th. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Uh oh... I've recommended it to others.... Maaaan.

You get exactly what you pay for. The only downside that I've encountered, is the flickering sound made by the inner-mechanism that pulses the laser beam; it can drive you nuts. After a while, my mind just naturally adapted to it, and I barely even notice it anymore. While the construction doesn't seem too "solid," it's durable enough for what it's made to do, and I've had no problems, whatsoever, with the functionality.

I use this for data entry and inventory management. If you're using it to scan a large amount of product in one go this is not the product for you. Its slow to read scans and constantly double scans bar code because of the continuous scan feature and single scan feature are controlled by the amount of pressure you put on the button. Therefore, it gets stuck constantly. This product is definitely good for slow pace continuous scans

Can't get it to work half the time. Should come with better instruction, since it comes with, uh, none.
