I just received my package now so didn't "use" it as of yet. But I can say that it feels very sturdy, easy to hold, very roomy & spacious for bulky folders 📂, & has nice netted slots for passports, credit cards, & insurance cards. I decided to get the bright pink color since it's easier to see in dimly lit areas - should there be an actual emergency and I need to find it easily. The pink definitely stands out amongst other darker colors. This is a great place to keep all important documents in 1 place to just grab & go! Zippers work smoothly. Shoulder strap is a nice addition to easily carry & free up your hands. I have to figure out how to use the lock w/ the zippers still. All in all it seems to be a great product! I'm happy I bought it for piece of mind in case there's an emergency! NOTE: if you have cats/dogs be aware their hair will stick to the case due to the fireproof material. NOT a big deal to me.

Came in a timely manner, looked as pictured in photos. I decided to purchase this product after the wildfires here in January. The EAS miscommunication about my area possibly having to evacuate put me in a panic about items I would need to find and gather if we had to evacuate quickly. This fireproof case was just what I needed to keep important documents etc. safe, I also didn't want something hard that would be cumbersome while in a rush to leave. This has ample space for a variety of things. As my case is not full I have noticed zippering it back up and putting the zipper pulls in the security lock can be a little tricky. Overall I think it's a great product and hopefully will never have to find out how fireproof it is, but at least I have some piece of mind that things I find are important are easy to grab and go.

I ordered this bag for my husband as a Christmas gift as he said he wanted to consolidate our documents. It arrived on time, but eventually, I discovered there was no shoulder strap. The company, Roloway, had a card in the package saying to contact them with any issues so I did; they 100% guarantee refunds without returns. I first received an email reply asking for a video which I was unable to do because of email limitations so I sent a still photo. I did not hear from that person again, so I tried once more, this time I heard back from someone else, perhaps the small business owner who gave me the guaranteed refund. Now, for the bag itself...it is a good water-resistant bag with reflector tape. There are several mesh pockets and sheet size dividers so more than enough room for all your papers and documents including things like passports. I may take the bag to a local shoe repair to see if they can make a shoulder strap for it. The bag is that good! Kudos to the owner for providing a suitable resolution! I will keep them in mind for future purchases. PS my picture shows the two shoulder strap hooks and other aspects of it.

Lots of compartments! Great for some small items and if you’re looking for more of a filing system vs regular safe. I hope to have to never review if it was actually fireproof…
