ColumbiaWomen's Anytime Casual Short

These shorts are comfortable in heat and humidity and super flattering. The 5” length inseam is modest without being frumpy. But really, size way up. I wear size 6 in jeans. I usually size up on shorts anyway so the leg is loser to a size 8. For these shorts I ordered a Large which is comparable to other Columbia shorts I have. The fabric doesn’t have any stretch at all, and though I could certainly put on a Medium I don’t think it would be comfortable.

Shorts run small. I would recommend sizing up. Fabric does not have a lot of give. I am 5’6” about 135 lbs. usually wear size 2-4 pant with slim to athletic build. Mediums were still pretty fitted through hips. I wouldn’t have gone up to a large but the small would have definitely been too tight and short in all the wrong places. Mid to low rise on me; I usually like my shorts to sit a little higher but they are comfortable. I wouldn’t workout in them but they are good for working during the summer at schools/camps.

I have a pair of these in black in size small and for the most part, am super happy with the quality and fit. They are stretchy (though not in a geriatric way) and expand with you through things like long hikes and large meals. Overall, super comfortable. The length is just right and the fabric and design is very forgiving and flattering. I'm 5'3" 125 lbs.I ordered this second pair in nocturnal blue and boy they aren't kidding about the 'nocturnal' part. I could barely tell the color difference from the black ones I already had. Overall, the quality was exactly the same, but the blue was a little too dark for my preference.

I've bought two pairs with a pretty good lightning deal. I want to buy some more but the price is a little hefty for me so I will wait until I could find another deal. But these shorts are definitely worth the regular price. Super comfortable and flattering. Purchased a size medium and they fit perfectly.

These are by far the most comfortable shorts in my closet. I love that they don’t have a zipper or buttons, so they are easy to slip on and off and stretch comfortably right above my hips. I do wear them a little bit above my hips because that’s how they fit most comfortably for me. The material is also comfortable and moisture wicking. I love that I can wear these for both out to dinner and out on the boat swimming or fishing. Once wet, they dry out very fast.

These shorts are great for hiking in warmer weather or just running errands. No chafing or other issues. I like the tight band at the top, pairs well with a larger waist/low back hiking pack.

I love love love these shorts. These are light like silk, it’s unbelievable. They are stretchy, but not snug, and they can be dressy or casual. Great for. So happy-buying more!

Fits great, great pink colour as well. Was 17.10$ great price.

Too small for me

Love these shorts! They wash and wear really well! I have them in 3 colours!
