Although the product states that it is for the iPhone & an Android Phone, they both worked after I paired them, But when paring them to an iPad and an Android Tablet, they did not. There was no recourse for any support nor a way to get any update in the even that an app would have been needed. It just seemed to be 'kludgey. I would not recommend this product IF you are going to use it on those devices that I mentioned.

I wish the buttons had some printing on them in white or another color. They are hard to see. Otherwise, happy with the product.
