Excellent pack. Great vendor experience.
I have been using a Western Pack for years and wanted the large size this time. They are durable, nicely padded, have the right number of pockets for me in the right locations, and they're well-priced.Unfortunately, the vendor sent me a medium instead. When I asked to return it, they were gracious enough to refund my money and tell me to keep the medium because they did not have large sizes in stock.
