Tomoe papers are first rate, and those that complain about the relatively lightweight paper underestimate its utility twice: first, the weave of the paper fibers make as impervious to bleedthrough than many heavier papers, and even show-through is minimal with my double broad flexi nib Maebie Todd. Secondly, its lower weight paper offers more leaves per inch than normal weights, meaning you can load up more pages in the same amount of space. It's an excellent paper that I quite enjoy using.

These were the books I wanted after attending a demo from a person affiliated with Faber-Castell. He said that he got his books at Amazon. However, these books were not the size he had. His were much larger and you do not have any bigger ones that I can find. It is the right paper, but definitely not the size I was expecting.

the paper is not that great, and the page count is the total... including both notebooks... and the covers! So you actually get a TOTAL of 2 brown cover leaves, and 46 white (yellowish) internal leaves. This is not clear in the description and seems to be intentionally misleading.

Tomoe paper is my preferred paper for writing with a fountain pen. My fountain pen inks respond remarkably well when using this paper. There is enhanced shading, sheening because of the high quality this paper uses. I like the fact that this isn't blindly bleached white paper. This is perfect, and pleasing to not just while writing but also while reading. So many pages taking up such little space, gives me more ability to really stuff my traveler's notebook.
