Vitabliss 2PK Bathroom Sink And Tub Drain Strainer – Protect Your Drains from Clogging

I must be the only one who actually paid for this. I was not happy with it when I opened the box. It looked flimsy, the 3 suction cups are a joke, it didn't look like it was going to work and I felt it wasn't worth the eleven dollars I paid for it. Since I didn't want of deal with the hassle of returning it, I tried it. Well, guess what? It works and now I look at hair every time I shower and wonder how am I not bold yet. It's not perfect, but it actually catches most of the hair (for sure the long hair, I'm sure short hair goes down the drain from time to time). It just sits over the drain, so I guess gravity does it's job on this one. Would I buy it again? Not for the money I paid. This is something that's mass produced and it really should be under five bucks.

I have a lot of hair and constantly lose it down the drain. We've had to call plumbers multiple times to snake our drain and finally my husband had enough and bought one of these. It's not perfect, but it's much better than the other drain strainers we've had. There is a small hook that catches the extra hair that is trying to slip under and down the drain.

This is a great hair catcher.....if it would fit over my tub plug. I've saved it for another tub/house because it worked great and its my fault for not checking the height. I did use it my sink and it was fantastic!!!! For the price and it quality; its not a flimsy thin crappy thing like the ones you find in the box stores/dollar stores.

Surprisingly, this works really well. The only issue I originally had was, it wouldn't stay in place. I use a tub liner and I catch about 1/2 inch of the front edge of the strainer under the liner and it stays in place perfectly. It really works! Catches tons of hair, and I have fairly short hair. There's always tons of hair after a shampoo so it does a very good job. I'm very happy to have found something that goes over those pop up drain stoppers.See that dark ring on the strainer, that's all hair! That much hair after one shampoo is impressive!

This works and has really helped prevent clogged drains. But a few warnings: It is big and not attractive. When I received it, the strainer had a very strong, unpleasant smell which eventually faded.I am still giving 4 stars because, despite the negatives, this drainer has worked for us and prevented clogged drains.

I use one of the strainers in my sink and one in my tub. They both catch hair and debris and are easy to clean. The suction cups don't stick, but the strainers stay in place anyway. Both my tub and sink are deeply angled towards the drain, so I think that's why they stay.

Fits like a glove but one of the suction cups on mine was deformed and won't stick. It still stayed planted for the most part tho. And apparently I issued the buy one get one offer. Of course...

It works okay if you have something holding it down. The mini suction cups do not seem to work at all. So it just moves around the tub, doesn't seem like it would catch any hair moving around like that.
