Q: I am disabled and use commode, obviously cannot flush each time. Would it still work as well?

For it to work for you, you would need to keep some water in the commode. This product works by making a barrier on the surface of the water that prevents the smell from escaping. Also if it is going to sit for a while I would suggest using a couple drops to have a stronger barrier and fragrance.

Q: is there a larger size just a drop?

Yes this is normal size, 15ml not the travel size

Q: Would this work to deoderize a cats litter box?

I wouldn't recommend using this around cats. The chemicals may be toxic if ingested.
