I have had their work stool for 6 years installed the 4 new rollers and its like brand new again it took about 10 min to install all 4 and with shipping $49 for the 4 wheels and it sure beats $149 for a new stool. I ordered Friday and they arrived Monday and very pleased with the order.

Good Replacments
Boy, I had a hard time finding these. Replacements for a snap on creeper seat. I think they're a little pricey, but a new seat was $130.

The plastic insert does not come with this wheel
The item shows that it comes with the 1”dia. plastic insert.... it DID NOT come with the order. I did not return it ,,, wasn’t worth my time
