If you are new to memory foam mattresses, be patient. I thought I might have made a mistake with this item because it was initially more firm than I expected. But a friend with the popular name brand encouraged me to give myself a chance to get used to it. After a week I was much happier. The mattress is comfortable and each night I sleep better and better. The odor is low and dissipates quickly. The packaging was terrific, the delivery was fast (2 days), and the quality is high. I would buy again.

this mattress arrived in a vacuumed plastic bag. not to heavy and bulky to handle even for me 100 lbs small person. it needs at least two more inches of the top layer. I am trying different topper to enhance the mattress comfort level

I did a lot of research before purchasing this mattress. I read all of the reviews, went to different showrooms, and in the end felt that BedBoss provided what appeared to be the best value. I was a little hesitant about ordering a mattress without laying on it first, but decided to pull the trigger anyway. Jeff from Mattressezzz called within hours of placing the order to let me know what I could expect. The package arrived a few days later as expected. I opened it up and placed it on the bed frame. I did not notice any gas odor at all. I would say that it took no more than 3 hours for it to expand fully. The mattress is just as described online. The materials are of very good quality. After about a month, I do not have any regrets. I am 6ft around 200 lbs and feel very supported by this mattress. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great value on a supportive memory foam mattress.

Ok so I have had this bed for a few weeks now (I didn't want to write a review until I had plenty of time to try out the bed) and I LOVE it!! My husband and I had been in the market for a new mattress for a while and after trying out different brands in the store, we fell in love with the temperpedic cloud but the price tag that went with it was waaaaayyyyyy out of our budget so I started looking around for cheaper versions and came across this mattress. I was nervous to purchase a mattress online without being able to test it out first but after reading the reviews I decided to go with it and I am so glad I did! The first night (and every night since) in this bed is heaven! I no longer wake up with back pain and I am able to fall asleep and stay asleep without tossing and turning to try and get comfortable. This bed seems soft when you get into it because your body kinda of sinks right into place but it is still firm enough to support your body. We actually went on vacation a couple weekends ago and my husband ended up sleeping on the couch because he couldn't handle the spring mattress at the cabin. Everyone else said they slept great but for us after sleeping on our foam matress, going back to a spring mattress was so uncomfortable! The only reason I took a star off is because this mattress is hot, I end up kicking off the blankets most nights and I'm not really sure the reason for this but we haven't changed anything else as far as the blankets and sheets and I never got hot before so I'm assuming it has to be the mattress but that's a minor problem for me so I would still 100% recommend this bed.

WHY? Because what Tempur-Pedic does is like Coca-Cola...it's a proprietary secret that ONLY Tempur-Pedic develops. Also, check their warranty. Tempur-Pedic's is 25 years...and the first TEN years are UNLIMITED. I've yet to find anyone with a similar warranty!There are alot of knockoffs trying to compete with Tempur-Pedic, luring you in with a "cheaper" price...remember, you WILL get what you pay for!

Before I even received the product. Jeff from Matressezzzzz (oh gosh, I hope I got the name of the company right!), called tolet me know the shipment was on the way. Left a phone number should Imhave any problems...which I did not!For me, this is pretty darn close to a Tempupedic at a lower cost. And I do have a Queen sized Tempurpedic which I love, but could not afford a second one.My dog is no longer able to get up the narrow flight of stairs I have to our bedroom. I could not stand not being able to snuggle with her at night and she was very distressed at not being avle to sleep with me. She's a "plus sized model" dog who had her leg amputated eleven months ago and is still moving forward (knock on wood)! She's 120 lbs. so I'm not mich help getting her up the stairs!She has The Big Barker Dog Bed which, in my opinion is the Tempurpedic of dog beds! I've tried half sleeping on it and half on blankets on the floor just so we could be together. Decided I would get a twin bed, put it on the floor next to her' and however much gift of time we have, she and I would be snuggling every night like we used too!I can honestly say that it's very, very comfy. I was afraid it may be too firm based on some of the other reviews. I found it to be not too firm at all, but sill very supportive. The only problem is, I should have gotten a FULL size as she stretches out all over the bed and leaves me a tiny corner! That's okay, I've still got The Big Barker Bed (five stars for that too)!My dog and I recommend this mattress and recommend the vendor! Five paws up!

Product came very fast only 3 business days. Came exactly as advertised and was packed very well. Easy to unpack and we did not have the odor that some have claimed. Slept on it the first night and woke up with no back pain..first time in 30 years. Was looking for a memory foam mattress but some of the other brands were in the thousands of dollars..no way could I afford those. Came across the BedBoss and read the reviews. Took a chance and ordered one up. The materials and craftsmanship are excellent. Would buy one again and will recommend to friends. Thumbs up and excellent service.
