Koolance VLV-BL1X2 Ball Valve

When I received these, I could have sworn it was broken; the valve would not budge (had several people try to get the thing to turn). Contacted Koolance's customer service via email and they responded in less than 24 hours (was not expecting that) and they were very helpful. Apparently, these valves can come out of the factory really stiff; under the advisement of the customer service staff member, I used a pair of pliers to get the thing to turn; once I got it to move, while stiff, it does now turn -- currently working on getting the valve to loosen up before installing it in my loop.Pros: Koolance appears to have awesome customer service. Valve looks good and doesn't look like it will accidentally open... ever lol.Cons: Admittedly, I'm being nit-picky but I really think the valve could be a little easier to turn -- kind of feels like an old water main valve that hasn't been touched in years that you need a wrench to move.

Excellent quality fittings. Valve is fairly hard to turn so plan this into your design.
