Excellent battery life - Clean, visible print
We purchased this to use at craft shows as part of a wireless mobile iPad/iPhone/SQUARE sales management system.We use the iPhone as a hotspot, iPad for ringing up purchases via SQUARE (using a SQUARE Bluetooth card reader) and the Star Micronics SM-T300i connected via Bluetooth to the iPad for printing of receipts. For us a normal day is around 8 to 10 hours of use, with around 70 to 80 sales receipts printed out - which one roll of paper easily handles. The battery shows three bars when fully charged. A the end of an 8 hour day it normally shows two bars. We like the fact that there is no ink to purchase, the paper is cheap and that you can manage what is printed out on the receipt so as to maximize paper use. On a multi-day show we recharge the printer each night and start again the next day with full power. We have used the printer indoors and outdoors with no problems. Worst case so far has been a three day show in 90+ degree heat with widespread dust in the air and the printer worked fine for the entire show. Beware, there is no warning when the paper roll gets low.NOTE: For power backup we use a Jackery 250 Portable Power Station.

Love these printers most durable
I’ve been using these printers for my work in the oil field for about six years. Now you can get five or six years life out of each one. They are great the charger last forever.

Sent me a "Used" printer...
I can't speak for the quality of the printer... maybe it's the best portable printer in the world? I was just so disappointed to open the package and to be greeted by a repackaged printer that was sealed with scotch tape. I sent it back
