I loved that I could stretch out the shoes both dress and tennis shoes. I added alcohol to wet them which was perfect. It doesnt work on tall boots but my ankle boots I was able to adjust . A bit pricey but the real deal

Disappointed. The height of the stretcher is not high enough to get 7-inch heels under. The rest of the issues I could have dealt with but a design failure is unacceptable. The other issues: tons of burrs, black polishing compound over everything. Set screw that doesn't fit the provided wrench, rough threads, plastic bunion buttons that don't lay flat agaisnt the metal feet, and no rubber feet to keep the machine from sliding around on the workbench. I expected rough construction but this is to the extreme. I spent an hour lubricating everything and working the adjustments back and forth to clear the roughness. Then I tried my first shoe and it doesn't fit. Bummer. I just re-read the advertising and see it says women's heeled shoes size 4 to 10, but it doesn't say anything about the heel height.

Box came in broken. The machine itself was broken and dirty. I am returning it immediately. Do NOT buy this item

The stretching machine was damaged in transit. They were very quick to respond and send a replacement. Great service! I've already used it to stretch a pair of shoes. Much better than the other shoe stretchers that I've bought through the years. The width expansion was greater and more stable.

I have wide feet, and 9 out 10 shoes just don't fit me. i've other stretchers in the past and end breaking them. This thing is expensive, but it's a pro tool and works!!!

one of the many wonders of life is the older you get your feet get a bit wider, a bit bigger, a bit mis shaped. In addition to gaining a bit of weight over the past few years. so when we recently moved and i realised i had no less then 3 moving boxes fill of fairly new, some new, shoes and boots that where too small-too tight-too un comfortable to wear.So when i started to look at ways to get the shoes stretched, i found my local shoe repair was 20-40 dollars per pair, i quickly realized i should be looking to a home machine.This shoe stretcher is exactly what i expected it to be. I have stretched out 2 pairs of new sneakers and one new hiking boots. the 3 shoes cost me over 300. Pulse I really like the idea that i can add in a little bunion button to stretch out where i need to.for my case this is a totally useful investment.If you or you wife have a crazy amount of shoes that you don't wear because they don't fit right-get it. Don't buy another pair stretch the ones you have.

El problema es que viene roto el artículo, además de que en la parte de la base, también está al parecer fisurado de fábrica. Solicité devolución y estamos en el proceso.
