Joomer Fairy 120 LED Solar String Lights, Warm White

These lights worked out perfect for my project. I wanted to create ambient lighting decor for outside my dining room sliding doors. The wire is practically invisible during the day (the branches I used are black) and very bright at night! The solar panel is the largest I've seen but worth it! On the other side of the door I have an outdoor bakers rack, I will be buying another set to decorate the rack. The warm white is PERFECT.Update: September 2017 - Stopped charging for no apparent reason whatsoever. Blue light should be illuminated when charging and it does not. Very sad because I had high hopes for these lights given the very large solar charging base.

I did not receive these lights at a discount in exchange for an "honest" or "unbiased" review. How is a discount supposed to help prevent bias anyway? Plus, tons of five-start reviews for cheap products is just going to make me stay away from them.Onto the product: The rating is three stars until I get a chance to try it out when camping, because the connection between the solar panel and the lights seems flimsy. The lights will not reliably stay on without fiddling with the wires unless the battery is charged above a certain point. On cloudy days the lights will be on, dimly, for maybe three hours. Additionally, the solar panel seems to require actual full sun instead of just strong light.Update June 2016: Changing the rating to four stars after a camping trip. It really does work as performed. In areas of higher latitude you'll get 3-4 hours of light after a day of charging, but in Texas for instance a full day's charge will be enough for at least double that. I used it to illuminate a tent and mark it in the darkness. I only wish that the wire was not as prone to kinking.

I used these lights to outline a dove and olive branch that I hoisted up in a tree last holiday season. I was a little worried these lights would be too weak to be seen at a distance, but they were plenty bright and whiter in color than the yellowish glow shown in the product picture. The solar charges were light weight and even on the short days we have in December the lights were bright and lasted most of the night. The exception was that on overcast days, the lights were only about half as bright. Snow, sleet, and winter weather did not affect the lights, other than cutting the amount of solar charging.The dove was made of two strings of these lights. One of the solar charger/controllers failed to turn on a few days. The it would work fine the next day. For some reason, the unit just didn't recognize it got dark and was supposed to turn on. Snow, sleet, and winter weather did not affect themI like these lights a lot and would use them again for other projects.

Bought this for the holidays and it has survived outside through rain, ice, and snow. I like the idea of it being solar and I don't have to remember to turn it on. The wire from the solar panel to the lights is about 2 feet long, which was nice because I could move the panel more to an area to get more light to it. Some evenings its brighter than others. Just depends on how much sunlight we have had for the solar panel. They get charged for a few hours in the evening, not all night. For the price it was a good buy.

These are great. Since they are solar powered, you can put them anywhere without worrying about electricity or replacing batteries. The lights don't last for hours on end, but you'll get a good few hours out of them. They wrap super easily and are just a fun addition to a backyard.

These lights are fantastic and durable!! We left them out all winter and they still work wonderfully!

This is a really nice light string. Bright, warm light, easy to deploy. I bought a couple sets to wrap around some trees in my yard and in only a few minutes we had a nice, inviting "outdoor cafe" look around our pool area.

They work great! I hung a glass lantern from a shepherd's hook and placed them inside. They stay on all night after charging each day. I just set the switch to on and they come on at dusk.
