Wonderful
I have used a few of mama select products and I have never had an issue with any of them. I was having trouble trying to keep my supply up and while taking these I have definitely seen an increase in my milk. Thanks mama select!

Increased milk supply
I took this supplement to increase breastmilk supply and I found it to work very well for me. The taste doesn’t linger also doesn’t give gas

Great Product
I ordered this as a bundle as I am relactating and wanting to produce more milk. It was very helpful. The pills were extremely easy to swallow and did not have an aftertaste. I will continue to use the product to increase the results. After doing much research this product seemed to be the best for my needs. There's a lot of stuff out there but this product seems to be very high quality. I am beyond pleased with the resultsi am achieving. If you are considering the options feel at ease that this product is very good ans does what the description says it will do. Good luck to all the nursing mother's out there

Garbage product
My wife started having these tablets and she ended up having adverse effect, her breast milk supply went too down and when stopped having these tablets it got better.

Increased milk supply! (2.5-3 oz to 4oz) 🤗
My lactation consultants recommended 3000 mg/day of shatavari to increase my milk supply. I started taking 4 pills (2000 mg) / day total of this product (2 pills in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) at 3.5 months postpartum. It actually did increase my milk supply! (I’m also taking moringa).Beforehand I was pumping about 2.5-3oz and now (4 months pp) I’m able to pump nearly 4oz in one session every 2.5-3 hours.I’m very happy with the results! The pills are big so I just had to take one at a time.

This did help boost my supply
The supplement does help in boosting the supply, although the tablet is pretty big and i wish it was smaller in sizeSome days the supply was still low, but it def boost on other days.

Increased Milk
Product worked great, no weird aftertaste. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. It took about a week to see an increase. I used to pump MAYBE 3 oz per session, now I’m at 4-5. And my morning pumps are 6.5-8
