Easy install
Product arrived on time as described. The thing I like most about this type of tool set is that it "sandwiches" the headset together so the forks are clamped down. The emergency tool kit is a bonus. The tool kit is not spring loaded as my Specialized one though.

Fits perfectly and incredible customer service
I bought this since it's more handy to adjust Fox rear shock which require a 3mm hex key than to always reach for my multi-tool in my backpack. This tool fits my Fox 36 performance fork perfectly and was easy to install.It's mostly made of metal, which feels sturdy and not cheap.There was an unfortunate assembly mistake on the unit I received (I got the same tool stack twice), but a quick message to Granite Design and a replacement part was sent to me immediately.

Love this tool but today i got sad news when the bike shop tightened this piece to much and it broke offMaybe someone from Granite see's this and can help or where I can just buy this part? Please help!!!
