Well made. Attractive color as advertised. Carrying case is sturdy. I was able to play songs from the moment I opened the package. I especially enjoy playing it in nature such as in the woods or on the shore of a lake. It sounds even sweeter in these settings.

My grandchildren and I love this drum. It is one of the first activities they want to do when coming to my home now. We all sit and play it together and then they enjoy playing it on their own when they need to relax. Would definitely say this was an awesome investment.

I love how compact it is with its sweet little carrying case. I can take it to the beach with ease, plus I plan on playing it for some animals at the zoo. LOL, for real - it makes a beautiful sound. A good starter instrument since this type comes in many sizes - start small and just mess around; it all sounds lovely and soothing.

Got two of these for Christmas presents for my almost 3 year old twin boys who are showing lots of interest in musical instruments. Sound is very soothing (and not something I mind hearing throughout the day from toddlers!) and the small size is great for little hands to carry. Only 2 complaints which is why I give it 4 vs 5 stars: (1) while the sound overall is soothing and great, it can at times sound muffled, so not very clear and crisp; (2) the logo and numbers are not etched into the drum like I guess I assumed they’d be—they’re stickers. And on both drums I received all the stickers were peeling and just looked yucky. They come with extra stickers and so I attempted to peel off the existing ones to replace them and was left with a horrible residue and I couldn’t even get all the sticker off. In addition, the center logo on one drum was half off upon opening the box and so I proceeded to just try to take it off and I couldn’t get it all off, it just looked horrible. I returned that one and received a new one and on the new one the logo sticker looked fine. But for those reasons I can’t give it the full 5 stars.

I'm not a musician so it's possible that there are things I don't hear with this tongue drum that a professional might. However, I LOVE it! I teach yoga, meditation, and primary age children and I plan to use this in all settings. I think it's fairly easy to learn. Attached is a video of me playing something the first day I received it. I've dabbled with many instruments but have never mastered any (or ever taken music lessons). There is some room for error if you don't hit the note perfectly which is nice. I bought the 10" and like the sound of it. The pitch is a slightly high which is something I was concerned about with buying the 10" over the bigger size, however, the pitch is still within a relaxing sound range. The case it comes in is absolutely stunning.

I gave this to my grandson for his 7th birthday. He had mentioned that he wanted one and he loves it! He said it was his favorite gift.
