Q: I already have a maglock, do I have to use airphone's or will my existing maglock work with this system?

If your lock needs a Normally Closed contact, then add an RY-18L form C relay. The relay built into the master is a Normally Open contact and wont handle "Maglocks", so an external relay like the RY-18L would be needed.

Q: i have a daycare, i need to have security for parent entering. Will this product work for me

This will work if as long as you just need to communicate via video and audio. This will not unlock your door.

no, there isn't any remote to open distantly thank you
