I use this product when I don't want to flat iron my hair. I have a relaxer in my hair, but sometime I just want to wash, condition, and let it go. I do this most often in the summertime when I shampoo more often. When you flat iron your hair you want to use a heat protection product. My hair is past my shoulders and I do all I can to keep it healthy. When I flat iron my hair, I use Beyond the Zone "Turn Up The Heat". I love this spray. It protects the hair and leaves a beautiful soft sheen to the hair. You can get it right here on Amazon.

Q: can you use this on wet/damp hair and then blow dry or are you supposed to just use on dry hair?

This product is used primarily for smoothing hairstyles like ponytails. It is not designed for blow drying.

Q: What other product is used when twisting the hair besides the smooth and hold pudding

I use the Shea moisture Milk first then this product. 1. Spray hair with water then rub in. 2. Rub in Shea moisture milk 3. Rub in ORS 4. Spray sponge 5. Rub ORS on sponge 6. Sponge hair (textured side then 5+6 with flat side) 7. Done
