Q: are these easy to swallow?

Yes they are. Just be sure to take them with a big glass of water. Not so much because they're hard to swallow, but because they can cause heartburn if you don't take them with enough water.

Q: How big are these? I'm curious to know how easy they are to swallow.

About ¾" in length and about ⅛" in diameter. Been taking for nearly 3 weeks and haven't had any problem swallowing them.
