Q: Can the ksd301 work with DC current?

yes it should work as well with DC or AC voltage and current, within specified limits . . . note if you use this or any other contacts to control inductive or capacitive or incandescent loads, you may need to add components for contact protection, such as a de-spiking diode across a DC coil

Q: Do the contacts create a spark when opening or closing? I need a switch that can be used in an explosive atmosphere.

The contacts are encased in an aluminum cover. I do not think that it is air tight. Most/all contacts create a spark upon opening or closing.

Q: I dont see anything about the amps these switches can handle?

these are rated at 10 amps at 250 volts

Q: at what temperature do these reset to NC?

It list this on label witch you looks you see in there pic, but best I tell there reset temp is 15 C under rated temp, they also label says trip temp is +/- 3 degs C and reset temp is +/- 5 degs C.
