Funny new smell
Product had a very strong smell (like new rubber) in the beginning that I couldn't wash out/off. Disappeared over time with use. My 14 mth old pulls the spoon of the handle easily. Otherwise a decent product.

Nice spoons for children to use
This is a high quality box of spoons which would be perfect for gifting or for occasional use. I say occasional because you can not wash the handles and as messy as children are having to disassemble the spoons every time you need to wash them becomes a bit of a chore.I really like the box that these come in and they are in a nice display when they are placed into the box. Since most people just throw their spoons into the drawer to pull out to use when a child is eating the box is easily overlooked. I use the box to hold the spoon bases since they can NOT be washed. You simply pull the colored silicone tops off and the you wash those. It is a great way to keep track and store the bamboo spoon bases when not being used.I like how light weight these spoons are and they were easy for my toddler to grip. I do think that the amount that can be held on the spoon is a little smaller then what a toddler is eating with but it also fosters independence as well for the toddler to feed themselves.

This is such a nice bamboo gift set
This is such a nice bamboo gift set. The spoons are so nice and easy to use. They are very child friendly and fun to use. I really like the fact that they dont hurt my sons little gums when he chomps down on it like he does so often. The bamboo handle is easy to hold onto and very comfortable for the little ones. The bright colored tips are fun to feed him with. It is also a good way to practice learning our colors also. They clean up nice and dont stain or become discolored. The bamboo box is great for storage and can even be used for other treasures. The colors are bright and the spoons are very good quality and nice to use daily for my little guy. The box will make a great little keepsake box for when he gets a little bit older also. I am glad i was able to get this set its great.I was given this set at a discounted price to make an honest and unbiased review.
