Does what it is supposed to do.

Easy to install and works like a charm.......and way cheaper than with Apple

Did a lot of research for my new purchase of IMac 27 inch 2019 model, wanted to see where I could save some money and found Apple memory was expensive therefore found RAM reviews for this brand, not the cheapest but best out there. Purchased internationally though Amazon as it worked out the cheapest for this brand and all I can say they need to change OWC should change there name to OMG!Delivered padded packaging and quicker than specified at time of purchase. Once it arrived it took me all of 2mins carefully to install these In the spare 2 slots and all I can say again OMG ‘OWC’ RAM is amazing.Fired up iMac and instantly it recognised the RAM successfully installed and was it quicker than the 16GB I had from Apple. YES IT WAS, a lot quicker and effortless. Brilliant product, now I have 80GB I would look to upgrade and purchase another 2 x 32GB OWC RAM further down the line if my IMAC heavy graphic use spirals but so far I don’t think I will need to but it’s an option just in case.Hope this helps anybody if you are unsure, I was for months, actually a year or so about what spec model to purchase if the iMac 2019 but I all I can say not disappointed and save myself a whole load of cash especially through amazon credit card sign up that provide you with a £20 gift voucher that I used in this purchase. Brilliant purchase, sorry for long Post that I don’t normally go too in-depth on reviews but I had to when product and savings I can share for others. Happy New Year All!! 😀

Thats five times better.Memory from the Apple Store is overpriced; this is way less expensive; without being the cheapest kit.

Installed 2x16gb into my new iMac i7 3.8. Improved performance as expected. Easy to fit I used wrist static leads to avoid static. To maintain best performance I used slots 1 and 3 as recommended. None of the videos on installing memory that I found advised that it can take more than 30 seconds to start to boot up while the new memory is recognised. Amazons price was very competitive for OWC which is rated highly for Mac upgrades

Stay clear ... I paid for 128 gig for the iMac ... they have told me these are faulty after sending them machine reports. Still insisted on getting these retuned before sending me out a replacement. I will be looking for another make once’s returned , I’m now without a computer for the whole return process

Open packet to 5 minutes later using my Mac. I have never been able it upgrade memory so fast. The memory comes well packaged to protect it in the post. Apple makes it simple to upgrade the memory on the iMac and OWC make it affordable. Don’t over pay Apple for more memory buy these they are exactly what you need.
