A brilliant idea that's completely useless.
The product itself is great.It's just getting the product from the ampule to the eye that's a complete nightmare.My mother is 92 years old. She has used Viscotears for years. Then they discontinued the type she has always used and replaced it with these preservative free ampules.That sounds great, but she doesn't have the physical strength to squeeze the ampule and get the drop into her eye.I'm fairly strong and it was an effort for me.It strikes me as another case of product developers having a great idea that completely ignores the people who use it.
