Works really well. Nice reasonable length of wire. Heats up very quickly. You need to fill it a couple of time if dealing with a larger area however, for a two bed room apartments, one fill is fine.

Short cable, stopped working after I'd used it only two times.No support.It has great reviews from some users, my experience → frustration and disappointment.

The products is light and easy to use but you need an extension cord .It could have also benefited from having a hook to wrap around the cord when you don't use it, it's all over the place and no neat way to store it

Good product, good price, saves me so much time and effort to clean the floor. It's not sophisticated and does not come with lots of options but does the job and I totally recommend this steam mop.

Not a substitute for traditional mop and bucket if you're whole house cleaning, especially if its a situation where youre tackling serious ingrained dirt. But as a relatively handy way to routinely clean, say, a kitchen floor that just needs those random spots and minor spills removed every few days, it's ideal.
