I avoid purchasing from Amazon because of their arrogant behavior. Mostly people write reviews of any product immediately after receiving it. However, I am writing this review after using it for few months. As an IT professional who has been in the industry for 30+ years I've never purchased anything without doing sufficient research. I am using these earphones for telephone conversions, to watch videos and to listen to music sometimes.It is very reasonable priced. Great value for money. The sound quality is very clear. Mid-range is very clear. It does not have unnecessary extra base. It has good base with clarity. It is an in-ear earphone therefore I don’t get a distracting surrounding sound. On the other side of the phone, the listener gets to hear a clear voice.The build quality is good. It easily fits into the ear. It come in various sizes of replaceable ear plugs and outer horns (clips).There is no issue for pairing the earphones. Battery life is very good. Its carry case is little big but you get a good battery life. It's carry case top cover is weak. After falling down from the table has cracked. I only charge it in 15 days or more. It is Bluetooth 5.0 so pairing is very fast.During summer season when walking outdoor due to sweat/moisture earphone slip out from the ear but in winter and in indoor there is no issue.

The Case is big but useful as powerbank It will not easily fit in your pocket. Design is beautifully and ergonalically made. Fits perfectly in my ears and holds still. This is made for an active lifestyle whether in leisure or at work.Battery life suits my usage and reliable. Can be used continuously on calls and listening to your favorite music. Even able to charge my dying mobile phone so I can make that last order to Amazon. Easy to connect on mobile BT and the TWS is a sure thing to enjoy.Overall, I can definitely say with certainty that this is a good product, with good looks, and can stand toe to toe with the high-end brands out there.This is a sure money saver if you are looking for something very good for something less pricey.

Honestly, I have tried/reviewed many budget earbuds including the higher end brands like samsung, iphone, bose etc. SoundPEATS Trueshift2 gives them all a run for their money. Comfort level I would say 8.5/10 (you would need to really try out the provided rubber tips to get the maximum wearing comfort). They're really very light weight. Very less to almost zero ear fatigue. Massive charge case, impressive battery life & seamless pairing process. For sound quality I would say they tick all the boxes. An easy 9/10. Clear lows/high & midranges, with incredible bass (even at high volumes). Would definitely recommend these. 10/10.

Soundpeats make excellent Bluetooth earphones, very good customer support.But after 1 year most of the earphones gone dead.This is my second earphone got complaint. I ordered it Last year February and now warranty also gone.Left side earbuds work only 30 min.Last year another one just like this one side dead, that was around the neck model.Gladly it was before one year and I another model. Thanks to customer support.Last 2 year's purchased like total 6 Bluetooth earphones for my relatives and friends. In that 3 items faced battery problem after one year.Others are yet to complete warranty 😀😁.I planned to buy h1 model for so long and now I'm dropping because of quality issues of soundpeats.🙏I suggested so Many people soundpeats that now i feel regretful.You just lost a valuable customer soundpeats.
