This is certainly not a cure all, but it definitely helps with aches and pains including headaches. I was eating so much aspirin and acetaminophen that my doctor told me to stop, but gave me no alternative. This was my alternative. I still must sometimes take some aspirin as well, but I swallow a lot less of it thanks to this stuff. My headaches are mainly caused by deteriorating vertebra in my neck so I spray this on my neck and base of my skull as a preventative. My neck always aches and this helps reduce that ache and keep it from spreading up into my head. If a headache does start to creep in I'll cover my eyes and spray my temples or wherever the ache starts to rear it's ugly head on My ugly head. ;) It's at this point where I'll also take some aspirin. I smear this on my stiff aching arthritic hands as well. It doesn't eliminate the pain, but it does help.I also suffer from restless leg syndrome and doctors are either unwilling or unable to address it. Well, actually my issue is restless arm. My arms start twitching within ten minutes of going to bed. Occasionally, my legs join in and rarely my entire body. At the same time my arms are doing their own thing my feet will go numb. Drives me crazy and it's impossible to sleep. Get up, walk around for a few minutes then go back to bed and try to get to sleep before it starts again. It's a dismal competition that can go on for hours. Now I spray this on my upper arms and on my feet shortly before going to bed about every other night. I was doing it every night until I forgot one night and had no twitching or numb symptoms. Humph, maybe I don't need it Every night. Since then it's every other night unless I start getting symptoms. Then out comes the bottle. IIt's my desire to use as little as possible 'cause this stuff is kind of expensive, but all too often the relief is worth every squirt of the bottle. Now, my jumping arms and numb feet are practically a thing of the past. I ordered a bunch more of this Healing Bone Water.I talk about spraying and squirting. That's because I have a spray bottle that I just refill. All I can say is that my aspirin consumption is way down thanks to this stuff. I just wish I could find it cheaper. Just be sure not to get it on any open wounds or in your eyes. Ouch!Update: For those people with restless leg syndrome - twitchy legs, arms and/or body or that weird crawly feeling in your feet this does help, but I finally found a Neurologist that was able to stop those symptoms completely by prescribing PRAMIPEXOLE DIHYDROCHLORIDE. It's main use is for Parkinson's Disease, but it has other uses with this being one of them and it has given me tremendous relief. I am not recommending the drug to you. I'm recommending you talk to your doctor about it.

I have found that spritzing or patting cold water over the areas of application increases the pain relief and amplifies the cooling effect of the herbs and oils in the product.Use this and say "Bye! I have used this for many years and have always been happy with it. However, this doesn't even come close in strength to the product in years past. I don't know if they changed the formula or what, but back in the day, just a little was enough to elicit oohs and ahhs from the heat it gave. I can drench myself in it now and barely notice any warmth at all.I bought a 6 pack, and I opened ALL of them and tried them. ALL of them showed little to no effect. Very disappointed.My martial arts teacher showed me long ago how to use this correctly. I followed that with this batch and I got nothin. Here is how to use this the best way (if you have success your way more power to ya): Soak gauze or cotton in the liquid. Apply to affected area and wrap and cover it with saran wrap and tape it on and leave on for an hour or so. You will start to feel th heat son after applying. Take off and check your skin and if ok, put back on or add more for another 30 ins to an hour if you want. Repeat every 4-6 hours. Do not use after showering or bathing and don't shower or bathe for at least an hour after you remove it.

I live with chronic pain. Whenever the pain cycle starts (or leg cramps occur during the night), I use this lotion as a spray on the affected part and the pain subsides. Can be used as a lotion or spray - spray is best for me as it covers a large area quickly. Stops the pain so I can sleep deeply!
