Fits perfectly/Steps to insert with ease of effort
Boyfriend speaking here:This particular silicone insert fits PERFECTLY with PrimoChill PETG tubes, not with anything else unless tested (Tried Monsoon PETG, ID seems to be slightly smaller than PrimoChill)Please follow these steps (will add photos later) to be able to slide silicone insert in without elbow grease:1.) Make sure you use de-burring/reaming tool to shave ID edge to be able to have a nice fit for the insert.2.) Mix some soapy water inside any cup container. (Any hand soap (yellow/orange)Seems at best than dishwashing liquid) just experiment which is the best ratio for you depending on the soap (I used the brand: Dial, original gold for my application)3.) Use those plastic “oral dispenser” or syringe to suck up the liquid and squeeze a bit of the SOAP in the tube WHILE inserting the Silicone Insert.4.) Easily twist the insert Anti/Clock-wise and should insert easily unless you forgot to clean out the tubes with the residue from reaming/de-burring the inside that would end up damaging the insert.- Make sure you squeeze some soapy water after every couple of inches inside the PETG tube if you seem to struggle. The slant created by the de-burring/reaming should help slide the soap inside.. could help if you push against the silicone insert as well if you have any trouble sliding the insert.I’d be glad to post a quick video as well if anybody needs a better clarification. Hope this helps anyone :)

Good length.
In order to make a spiral out of PETG tubing, I needed 3 feet of Silicone insert. This product did fit the bill. Nevertheless, for me soapy water did not help with getting the silicone insert into the PETG tubing. I ended up having to use olive oil, which I washed out with soapy water when I was done. The technique I used to get the insert into the PETG tubing was twisting or turning in one direction. I hope this helps someone out there trying it for the first time.

Tube bending made easy with the PrimoChill Silicone Bending Insert
The PrimoChill Bending insert makes bending your PC Water Loop easy by keeping the inside uniform and smooth. Works on all the hard tubes and easily comes back out with some pre inserted lube before bending. Can be reused many times, we have actually used this one on about 15 PC builds. Makes you custom water loop look and feel better with this great tool.

The package arrived on time and contained the item I ordered. While it was important to have a tight fit between the cord and the inner walls of the tube, I gave three stars because I found the solid cord difficult to use. I had followed the guidelines, by first stretching the cord and using some lubricant - I used a soapy solution. I also used a twisting motion when I felt the cord starting to bind. In fact, stretching each time after use seemed to make things easier, which allowed me to make the bends I needed.I stretched the cord between the jaws of a vise grip and a bench vise, to the point that I felt strong resistance to further stretching. I believed that, had I continued, I might have torn it in two. However, I never got the cord inserted more than about (175 mm) inside the tube, before it was bound by too much friction between itself and the walls of the tube.It was important, as I had discovered later, to chamfer or bevel the edges of the tube, otherwise there will be hell to pay. It might not seem obvious at first, but while inserting the cord it tended to expand a little as pressure was applied to force its insertion. What happened then was the cord was snared by the sharp edges of the tube, and imparted some cuts along the length of the cord.

Perfect for monsoon PETG rigid tubing of the same size.
I used this for some extra long tubes I wanted to loop back and forth. The tubes I used were Monsoon PETG and once I stretched the insert out enough and used a little dish soap I could bend a huge line. (I still need practice haha) I'm incredibly happy with this for use with Monsoon. (I don't have experience with other manufacturers)

Not much to say... it's perfect.
It does exactly what I need it to do. Fits like a glove, held up to a little abuse from my novice clumsy hands, and made the job 1000x easier. The finished product looks fantastic.

Needs work before use
As others have stated, this is the exact same OD as the tube's ID. That makes getting it in the tube extremely difficult, almost impossible, even with soapy water. The directions say to stretch it... but it's silicone and silicone doesn't stretch and stay stretched. It comes back to it's original shape.Another posted to use a smaller diameter insert. That's a bad idea because the next size down is TOO SMALL; it wobbles around inside the tube leaving too much space. You'll get flat spots and kinks on tight bends. The best way to get this to work is to sand it down for a while (120g paper worked well for me) then scrape off the stuff that sticks. Test fit and repeat until you can insert it with only a little work. You want it as snug as possible. After sanding, let the insert cure overnight and it won't be sticky anymore.

Nice just what i was looking for.
Fits just right not too loose not too tight. You should prolly only do one bend at a time and move the rubber down thru the tubing as you go from bend to bend it's kinda tight pulling it thru one bend so I'm sure more makes it wors and risky of cracking the tubing. But yes perfect fit for my tubing. Witch is also from promochill as well.
