Bought them for their nutritional value, I can’t say I can tell if I feel any different but my skin has been more healthy and glowy. I like that you don’t have to take them at any certain time although before a meal is recommended I have taken them at all times of the day with no stonach issues

These are actually more potent than my regular sea moss gel that I use in my smoothies and teas. I love the convenience of having the capsules for travel

I disliked this product for several reasons, first being the smell. I have been taking sea moss for a year or more now which has helped my joints. This product smells so bad and it did not agree with my body at all. I don’t suggest purchasing because you will not be illegible for return.
