It took like 2 weeks before I could see where it was helping, then when I ran out of 100% Pure Forskolin I tried something different. Needless to say I didn't care for other product and now am back taking Pure Forskolin. If you plan to take a dietary pill I recommend this

This product is a waste of money!
This product gave me a stomach ache. Made me constipated and does not work for weight loss. This product is a complete waste of money and hopefully hasn't messed up my stomach for the rest of my life. Also it was to supposed to have a money back guarantee, but when I wrote the company, it never answered.

Save your money
May just be me... but I didn't really notice any difference in my appetite or energy level. A cup of coffee would have done more...
